Declaration of sponsorships
Novo Nordisk is committed to providing ongoing support for organisations in therapeutic areas where we feel we can make a difference.

This support includes sponsorship of research, educational meetings, unrestricted educational grants and a travel bursary for trainees in endocrinology.

2011 Patient Organisation Support
In 2011, Novo Nordisk supported the following Patient Organisations:

Diabetes Ireland (€27,000): Goldcard Membership and support of the Diabetes Action programme which aims to improve the provision of care for people with diabetes in Ireland.

Croi (€1,250): in support of their annual fundraising charity ball.
