Compensation
As well as a competitive salary, all employees participate in our bonus scheme. Part of this is based on personal performance versus targets and the other part based on the performance of Europe North.
Pension scheme
The Company operates a pension scheme which is contracted into the State Scheme (SERPS), although as individuals, employees may contract out of the State Scheme independently. Joining the pension scheme is optional. The contributions made by the employee and the employer vary depending upon age. In all cases the company contribution is greater than that of the employee.
Life assurance
Life assurance is provided free to all employees whether in or out of the company pension scheme, at 4 times annual pensionable salary.
Permanent health insurance
The Company operates Permanent Health Insurance under which employees receive 75% of annual salary according to the Scheme rules, if unfit for work for a period in excess of 28 weeks.
