Staying healthy

Novo Nordisk provides a VHI healthcare scheme which is available to all Irish employees. This is supplied free of charge to the employee but is seen as a taxable benefit. You can include your family at preferential rates.

Sick Leave (Ireland)
If an employee is absent from work through sickness or injury for a period exceeding 3 days, they are entitled to receive statutory sick pay, which the company will claim on their behalf and add to, in order to bring up to normal salary. This will normally continue for a period of 120 working days.
